Objectives of the Position
· Senior Cost controller for mega project, including cost reporting, forecast, change evaluation, cost settlement, assist asset handover, SAP key in
Main Tasks
· Project cost report development, cash flow forecast, project cost control tools implementation
· Manhour management, including staffing plan, timesheet, expense review
· Project scope change management, estimate change cost
· Contract change and claim evaluation, quantity and rate check against contract scope and drawings
· Assist asset handover
· Closely communicate, coordinate, and align with project team and function team
· Other work assigned
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
· Education: Bachelor degree or above in chemical related engineering or Techno-Economics
Working Experience:
o 10 years’ work experience in chemical or petrochemical industry with engineering and project cost control
· Technical & Professional Knowledge:
o Cost control knowledge and skill
o Capability of quantity calculation and measurement from drawings, familiar with method of measurement
o Knowledge of quota book for Estimation, budget, Code of valuation with BOQ, Construction
o Skills of MS office software
o Skilled in SAP and project cost controlling
o Good negotiation skill
Language: Good English speaking and written, native level Chinese (mandarin) skills is required
Registered qualification certificate of cost engineer (注册造价工程师), cost controller, or cost engineer
